I’m a painter based in Gothenburg. My work explores the contemporary city through everyday situations, peripheral environments and the strange within the familiar.

I’m interested in memory, nostalgia and uncertainty, and in how social, economic and technological change shapes the places and behaviours of everyday life. Logistics landscapes, waiting rooms, housing estates and other transitional spaces recur in the work, alongside questions around digital culture, changing ideas of progress and the future.

I am currently pursuing an MFA in Fine Art at HDK-Valand, University of Gothenburg.
